Thermopan Glass
Thermopack is a construction of two or more glasses with inert gas - argon between them, made of spacers of different dimensions and hermetically sealed.

In order to have good technical characteristics, the thermopack should have two degrees of sealing. The two-layer thermal package consists of a spacer filled with an absorbent (molecular sieve), over which butyl is placed on both sides, which has the role of protection against the passage of water vapor (first stage of sealing). The second stage represents the external sealing of the space between the glass and the spacer with polysulfide.

The spacer, which is usually made of aluminum, is used to position the glass at a certain distance, and the moisture that is inside it together with the air when closing the thermal package is absorbed by the absorbent with which the spacer is filled.
According to this way of manufacturing the thermal package, water cannot penetrate inside and there is no possibility of condensation inside the thermal package.

The thermal package makes up 80% of the entire window and has the greatest influence on its insulation characteristics - thermal insulation U(W/m2K), sound insulation R(dB), sun protection or solar factorg(%), light transmittance(%).
Characteristics
thermopane:
1. Heat transfer coefficient (Ug) - indicates the amount of heat that passes in a unit of time through 1 m² of glass surface with a temperature difference of 1 K between the temperature of the air in the room and the temperature of the outside air (Ug = W/m²/K). This is the most important technical specification for thermal insulation. Smaller coefficient values - smaller heat losses and lower heating costs.
2. Sound insulation (Rw) - The Rw index describes the sound insulation characteristics of thermopane. Higher value of this index - improved sound insulation.

3. UV (%) - the passage of harmful UV rays leads to fading of colors and causes skin cancer.

4. Solar factor (%) - the sum of the directly transmitted energy and part of the energy absorbed by the glass (which is emitted by the thermopane towards the interior). Greater direct reflection of the Sun's energy - lower solar factor and lower costs for air conditioning during the summer months.

5. Transmission (%) - passage of visible light (natural light). Less transmission - less light in the room.

6. Reflection (%) - the ratio of reflected light from the glass. The higher the reflection (%) of the thermopane, the greater the mirror effect.

Decorative moldings
Interior decorative moldings are an addition to the window and give individual style and aesthetics. They are attached to the frame of the spacer strips of the thermopane and are available in several colors and widths. With the help of additional elements, different figures can be designed: crosses, diamonds, "Sun" and others.
Dimensions 8mm 16mm 26mm 46mm

External decorative moldings are placed on the outside and inside of the window (glued to the glass), thus achieving a very beautiful appearance. Decorative exterior moldings are produced in the same colors as the windows and doors. Moldings are produced in widths of 28mm and 38mm
